This is for more seasoned client which consists of foam rolling warm up pre session. The sessions will be generally full body style circuit training doing 4-8 compound exercises to engage entire body.
20-25 minute strength training, 15-20 minutes cross training full body cardio and follow up with 5-10 dynamlic post workout stretching to keep you limber and able to get up the next morning painfree.
